Multi-provider KYC, without the integration tax.
Route identity verifications across Onfido, Jumio, Persona, iDenfy, Sumsub — automatically, per jurisdiction, per risk tier. Fall back on outages. A/B test providers. One unified response shape downstream.

What is KYC orchestration?
KYC orchestration is the layer that routes identity verification requests across multiple KYC providers — by jurisdiction, risk tier, cost, or availability — and normalizes their responses into a single data model. Instead of hardcoding one vendor per workflow, you treat providers as interchangeable nodes: swap them, chain them, fall back between them, A/B test them.
Most fintechs start with a single KYC vendor hardcoded into their stack. Within 12 months they hit at least one of these walls: the vendor raises prices, pass rates crater in a new geography, a regulatory exam demands a second source of verification, or the vendor has a 4-hour outage during a peak onboarding window. Each of those outcomes costs measurable revenue and engineering quarters.
FinQub turns KYC from a brittle point-to-point integration into a configurable multi-provider workflow. Jurisdiction-aware routing, risk-tier routing, cost-optimized routing, automatic failover, progressive document collection, and liveness confidence thresholds — configured visually, executed in under 5ms per decision, logged to a hash-chained audit trail.
Your KYC providers, orchestrated.
Every provider has strengths and gaps. The right answer is rarely "pick one" — it's route intelligently.

Everything you've been building in-house. Configured in minutes.
These are the patterns every fintech ends up needing. Stop building them one at a time.
Jurisdiction-aware routing
Route UK applicants to a provider with strong DVLA/HMRC coverage. Route Brazilian applicants to a provider with CPF database access. Route US applicants to the cheapest provider meeting your accuracy threshold. All configured visually, no deploy.
Risk-tier routing
Low-risk applicants get a basic database check. Medium-risk gets document + selfie. High-risk gets document + selfie + liveness + address verification + enhanced screening. Define tiers once; apply per workflow.
Automatic vendor failover
When Onfido returns 5xx or times out, traffic routes to Jumio — transparently, without the applicant seeing an error. Each failover is logged with rationale to your audit trail.
Progressive document collection
If the initial document check fails, automatically prompt for an alternative document type rather than rejecting. Configurable retry logic per document type and per vendor.
Confidence-threshold chaining
Run a cheap provider first. If confidence is borderline (0.6–0.8), route to a premium provider for a second opinion. Avoid the premium cost for clear pass/fail cases.
Multi-provider parallel verification
For enhanced due diligence, submit the same document to two providers in parallel. Accept if both agree; escalate to manual review if they disagree. Reduces false rejections without increasing fraud.
A/B test providers for conversion
Route 50% of applicants to Provider A, 50% to Provider B. Compare pass rates, drop-off rates, time-to-verify, and downstream fraud rates — with every decision tagged by provider for accurate attribution.
Ongoing monitoring orchestration
Schedule recurring PEP and sanctions screening. Route alerts through a configurable triage workflow. Compare new screening results against prior runs — only surface changes, not raw alerts.
